FAQ

Questions investorsask us.

  • Strategic investing approach. Our proprietary methodology targets companies with strong strategic positioning and attractive long-term value creation potential.
  • Long-term track record. Nearly 25 years of investment experience across different market cycles.
  • Alignment of interests. Management invests its own capital alongside clients, ensuring a long-term perspective.

Absolutely. Everyone within SIA is significantly invested in our own funds, and we are among the largest private shareholders ourselves. When we make investment decisions, we do so knowing that our own capital is invested alongside yours. As we like to say, we donโ€™t just have skin in the game โ€” we have almost everything in the game.

We believe investing should be accessible. There is no minimum investment in the retail and A classes of our LTIF funds โ€” you can even invest in a fraction of a fund unit and grow your investment over time. Institutional classes require a minimum subscription of 5 million.

As long-term investors, we do not try to predict short-term market movements. We build positions gradually and take advantage of opportunities when they arise. A simple approach is to divide your planned investment into three parts:

โ…“Invest one third now to start participating in the market.
โ…“Invest the second third on a fixed schedule โ€” for example next quarter.
โ…“Invest the final third on the same schedule.

This disciplined approach lets you start immediately while also benefiting from potential price declines in the future.
